We have been providing professional secretarial and management services for company shares and bodies corporate for more than 23 years. In a newly created role, we seek a motivated sales person to join our team and help us take our business to the next level.
In this role you will have responsibility for:
- managing a small portfolio of body corporate managements
- increasing the portfolio of body corporate and company share managements
- maintaining contacts with developers and unit owners.
Most likely, you will be seeking:
- a challenging role that includes cold calling, telephone canvassing and consistent follow-up
- autonomy within a friendly and supportive environment with excellent systems and procedures

We operate a large residential property management service and require a salesperson with the ability to win new business. The current vacancy is in our Lower Hutt office.
In this role, you will have responsibility for:
- adding to the number of managed properties in our portfolio
- maintaining industry contacts with developers and residential property investors. It’s all about networking!
