Introducing Adrienne Conning
Adrienne is the Office and Building Manager for Oxygen’s Wellington office. She oversees the day-to-day running of the office and the common areas of the 122 Wellington apartment building. As well as greeting tenants and owners, she liaises with property managers and deals with all enquires.
Adrienne understands the Wellington property management market. As an investor herself, she understands the importance of achieving market rent and matching tenants to properties. Adrienne ensures that all Wellington rental properties are advertised with their best features and assists the Wellington team to process tenancy applications.
