We wish to compliment you and your letting staff on successfully re-letting one of our rental properties. Planning and presentation when maintaining or re-letting our rental properties has always been considered a prime requirement, and in this regard your letting team supported us fully.

 

On June 18 we listed our property with your Company together with photographs, and your Company then listed the property on your website, so that when it became vacant on July 1, we were immediately able to show it to some four different groups of people who had expressed interest.

 

Obviously we had planned to do some maintenance by way of repainting, re-carpeting, new curtains & cleaning etc as soon as the old tenants had vacated, however this action did not deter a very positive interest from all four groups who all wished to become our tenants.

 

The property was re-let on July 3 and the keys handed over the same day (after our planned maintenance was finished) to the new tenants we had chosen, and all this within 48 hours of the property having become vacant.

 

Our very sincere thanks to you and your letting team, Jenny Burns, Tihan & Shivon Roos, and also Tania Pollard who were all involved in the extremely successful re-letting of our property in such a very short time.

We used to take care of these ourselves when there were about 30 properties. We then employed Tremains in 2006 to take over as we found it was taking up too much of our time. The Gillies Group then took over from the Tremains which was sold to Hutt City Professionals in September 2008 who then amalgamated with Oxygen in 2009.
Katy has been responsible for renting and inspecting properties owned by John Bridgeman since the amalgamation. We have found Katy to be extremely professional in the manner in which she undertakes her role and to her credit keeps the properties full, rents up to date, and with regular inspections we are able to keep up with maintenance.
Katy will phone or email me as tenant hand in their notice and usually has someone to take their place before the notice ends which in turn keeps the rentals full. Katy is full of enthusiasm with the tasks which in turn gives us the satisfaction of knowing our assets are in good hands.
