Body Corporate information
If you own or live in a unit-titled property, you will be a member of a Body Corporate. The Body Corporate is responsible for the general well-being of your building – making sure that it is maintained, insured, the rubbish is collected and the lawns mowed – and that is the minimum that you should expect.
