Property inspections and maintenance
As part of our contract with you, we carry out regular four-monthly inspections of your property.
It lets us – and you – know that the property is being looked after by the tenants. It’s also an
opportunity for us to spot any work that might need doing. Every property has wear and tear
whether it’s tenanted or owner-occupied and we like to make sure that you’re kept informed
as to what maintenance is required.

As part of the property inspections we will let you know if any routine maintenance should be
undertaken to continue to maximise your rental property return.
If we discover damage that has been caused by the tenant we will endeavour to see that they
remedy it. If this is not forthcoming we can issue the tenant with a Fourteen Working Day notice
which gives them two weeks to fix the problem. We do our utmost to make sure that each party
meets their obligations so that the tenants have a safe and comfortable place to live and the
landlord has an investment that will continue to give good returns.
