Step One
Once you’ve signed up with Oxygen to manage your property we’ll arrange for photos to be taken and we’ll write an awesome, catchy ad that’ll knock the socks off prospective tenants. Your listing will be advertised on oxygen.co.nz and trademe.co.nz.
Step Two
You’ll be assigned a dedicated Property Manager and as soon as your property is available, we’ll start hosting viewings and you’ll receive feedback after each one to keep you in the loop.
Step Three
We have a dedicated lettings team that will put our short-listed applications through a series of background checks before we send them over to you to make the final call – it is your property after all.
Step Four
Once you’ve approved a tenant we’ll get started organizing their move in – that means a key handover, paper signing and onboarding them to Oxygen. We work hard to make the tenant experience as seamless as possible throughout their tenancy because happy tenants look after your property as if it was their own.
